+ pictures usually i'm not an angered person when someone uses my photographs without permission, but seeing as how this is what i want to do as a career in the future.... the background image of the matt's on prettytheworld.com was a photograph that i took in birmingham, alabama. noone, NOONE asked me if this could be used and this was actually not meant to be used on a website. i'm all about sharing photographs, and i would have said, "i'd be honored" if someone asked me. i saw matt in indiana this weekend (and took more photos as well) but as a present i had this exact photograph blown up to a 5x7 to give to both matts. i was a little agast when nathanson said that he'd seen this before and i had to tell him that *I* had taken the picture. i was a little let down that he said he had seen the picture before. it's unfortunate that i feel like i can't share my photos with other fans without them being used for something. it's a shame too, i took another 2 rolls of photos at both indiana shows. now i won't be sharing these. |

+ pictures I saw your picture posted on puttingwordstogether. I replied and told you your pictures were awesome and asked permission to use them on a website. I'm sorry that you took this as a violation of your property. The picture has been taken down and deleted. |

+ pictures unfortunately, i have never been to puttingwordstogether - therefore someone must've taken my pictures and pretended that they were theirs. i've never even heard of that site until a friend told me last night what it was. thats what sucks about the whole thing, huh? |
