+ ticket arrival hey guys! just curious, but i ordered tickets during the presale and they haven't arrived yet. should i have already received them or will they not arrive until a little closer to the date? i don't want to make an unnecessary customer service call. |

+ ticket arrival Check the confirmation email. The ones I ordered for the Cleveland & Columbus shows were automatically set for will call. I have to print out the email and take that to the show. |

+ ticket arrival it's oct 23rd in Austin. so i have a couple more weeks. they are definiely being delivered, as there is a delivery charge on my email. all the different companies do different things, so i just wanted to make sure i didn't throw them away by accident or something. thanks guys! |
