+ Ernst.... after googling ernst--it's the last name of a german surrealist painter. Wikipedia says "his works feature the element of surprise, unexpected juxtapositions" maybe matt came across him and his works somewhere and likened the unexpected twists and turns in life to the "juxtapositions" in Ernst's art.....just a thought |

+ Ernst.... I used to work with Matt. I once asked him what Ernst was. He said it was the name he always name his son but Bridget wouldn't let him. So instead he named his album Ernst. |
