+ New Album + Kept Newly registered on the site, but long time visitor. Let's get some hype up for this new album. Other than Faster, which Matt's been playing alot lately, he also played I Would Drop to Hold You and Kept at the secret San Francisco show, and Kept again at Sundance. + New Album + Kept I think osumarko has it right. I remember posts on matt's facebook and twitter here and there about a few of these titles, and read an article somewhere that confirmed there is a track called 'Run'. Switch 'So Long' with 'Run' and that has to be the tracklist |

+ New Album + Kept Pretty sure you can add Alison to that list. As far as the unreleased titles that are on pretty the world in the post Derek linked too. I would think that Stay and Can't get to what you need might be an ep or special edition bonus. Safe to say "Prove to me" will not be on the next album though. |

+ New Album + Kept I don't know if those are the lyrics; you might be right. Those are incredible. He didn't mention what the lyrics were when he wrote he had written them. It'd be difficult for me to figure what the lines are on my own because just about every line he writes is on that level; he's one of the best lyricists out there (though by far my favorite). |

+ New Album + Kept Is it just me, or has Matt's voice changed over the past couple of years? Don't get me wrong; I absolutely love the guy regardless, but in most live performances I've heard on Youtube as of late, he sounds a little hoarse, and his voice lacks that emotive rasp I love so much. For instance, his voice on the "Left & Right" live album sounds much different from his voice on the "At The Point" live album. Has anybody else noticed? |
