+ Secret Show in Vienna, VA I scored!!! I was able to get two tickets to tomorrow's show at Jammin Java and I'm frickin pumped!!! Its a miracle. Just wanted to say, the website wasn't working so I freaked out. After 10 minutes of trying to call Jammin Java (lines busy) the guy who answers says "Matt Nathanson right?" I tell him I need the tickets but he says that since so many people tried to log in at the same time, the system crashed and they were trying to fix it. First time ever happened. I kept trying and finally the system worked and I scored the two tickets. A minute later I tried to get back in to get two more and it was sold out. It must have only taken 10 minutes to sell out. I'll let everyone know about the amazing show on Tuesday. |

+ Secret Show in Vienna, VA Well I can pretty much sum it up in one word "perfection". Even when he forgets a verse, its amazing to watch him just be human and have fun. At one point he forgets the lyrics to Amazing Again and it seem like the whole audience was singing it with him, helping him to remember. He loved the "old school" vibe and he could tell we were hard core. As much as I would love to see him get the recognition he deserves and sell as many records as John Mayer, I would never want to lose these small shows. I was literally 5 feet away and felt every word to every song. Amazing! |
